We documented the key takeaways from the TechSis 2023, and we are taking next steps in working with relevant stakeholders to implement the recommendation with a view to achieve our mission of upskilling many African women with various digital skills set to fuel inclusivity, innovation, and prosperity for Africa.

TechSis 2024 will be focusing on Web Development and Data Analytics, and we target to educate 1000 Nigerian women with Federal Ministry of Women Affairs sending 300 women from the six geopolitical zones in Nigeria.

These 1000 women will be given the opportunity to learn any of the courses for free on GetBundi Education Technology platform with over 2000 hours of courses prepared by industry experts and proficient facilitators to make them job ready.

TechSis 2024 is a six-month online program from July 2024 to December 2024 broken down into four segments. The tech industry is no doubt a male-dominated career area across the world, and Africa is no exception. Research reveals that only 30 per cent of African women make up the tech industry, which signifies that they are highly underrepresented.

This female digital exclusion, a phenemenom where women are disapportionately left behind in accessing and using didgital technologies and services, is a a pervasive problem hindering the realization of a fully inclusive digital future and with TechSis initiative, we are sure to bridge this divide largely across Africa.

Each participant must be 18 years and above, an undergraduate or graduate looking to upskill or transition into tech, must own a functional Laptop/PC, no prior knowledge of the Digital Skill courses is required.
