Welcome to NameClust.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Before you rely on anything you read here, please take a moment to read this Disclaimer carefully. It explains what our content is, what it isn’t, and where the limits of our responsibility sit. Our goal is to be upfront with you, not just to cover ourselves legally, but because we believe transparency is part of walking with integrity in this space.
By using this website, you agree to the terms outlined here. If you do not agree with this disclaimer, please do not use our website.
1. General Information Only
The prayers, Bible verses, and Christian living articles published on NameClust.com are provided for general information, encouragement, and spiritual reflection. They are written to minister to you where you are, but they are not intended as a substitute for the counsel of your pastor, church leadership, or a trusted spiritual advisor who knows your situation personally.
We work to keep our content accurate and updated, but a website of this size, covering this many topics, cannot promise perfection. We make no guarantee that everything on the site is complete, current, or free of error. Any reliance you place on our content is at your own discretion and risk.
2. Not Professional Advice
Nothing on this website constitutes medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, even when an article touches on subjects like anxiety, grief, finances, or physical health through a spiritual lens. If you are facing a health, legal, financial, or mental health concern, please consult a qualified professional in that field. If you are in crisis or having thoughts of harming yourself, please contact emergency services or a crisis helpline in your area right away. Prayer and Scripture can bring comfort, but they work alongside professional care, not in place of it.
3. On Prayer and Outcomes
We believe deeply in the power of prayer, and every prayer published here is written and shared in that conviction. Many of our readers come to this site during difficult seasons, looking for words to pray when they cannot find their own, and we take that responsibility seriously.
That said, we do not promise or guarantee specific results, healing, or outcomes from praying the prayers found on this site. Faith, timing, and God’s will are not within our control, and we make no claims about what any individual reader will experience after praying a particular prayer or reading a particular verse. We would rather be honest about this than offer false certainty in God’s name.
4. Scripture and Interpretation
Bible verses and scriptural references on this site reflect our understanding, formed through study and prayer, and are offered in good faith. Different translations, denominations, and traditions may interpret certain passages differently, and we do not claim to speak for every Christian tradition. We encourage you to study Scripture for yourself, using it alongside our content rather than in place of it, and to bring any theological questions to your own church community.
5. Advertising and Third-Party Disclosure
To help support the maintenance, hosting, and growth of NameClust.com, we display third-party advertisements on our website. We are committed to being fully transparent about how these ads work and how your data is handled.
Google AdSense & Cookies: We use Google AdSense to serve advertisements. Google and its third-party partners use cookies and similar tracking technologies to serve ads based on a user’s previous visits to our website or other websites across the internet.
Opting Out of Personalized Ads: You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google’s Ads Settings page at www.google.com/settings/ads or by visiting www.aboutads.info. Please note that opting out of personalized ads does not stop ads from appearing; it simply means the ads will no longer be tailored to your specific interests.
No Endorsement: The appearance of third-party advertisements on NameClust.com does not constitute an endorsement, approval, or guarantee of any products, services, or companies featured in those ads. We do not control the content, placement, or data collection practices of the advertisements served by our ad partners.
Affiliate Links: NameClust.com may participate in affiliate marketing programs. This means we may earn a small commission if you click on certain links and make a purchase, at no additional cost to you. We only recommend products or services we believe will add value to our readers.
6. Third-Party Links
Our website may include links to other websites for reference or further reading, such as ministries, Bible study tools, or other Christian resources we find helpful. We do not control these external sites and are not responsible for the accuracy, content, or practices found on them. A link from our site does not constitute an endorsement of the linked party, its teachings, or everything else published on it. We recommend reviewing the policies of any site you visit through our links.
7. Availability of the Website
We make ongoing efforts to keep NameClust.com running smoothly, but no website is immune to outages, server issues, or maintenance downtime. We take no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
8. User Comments and Submissions
If you submit a comment, prayer request, or testimony through our site, it reflects your own views and experience, not necessarily our own. We do not verify the accuracy of user-submitted content and are not responsible for opinions expressed by visitors in comments or submissions. We ask that anyone commenting do so respectfully, in keeping with the spirit of this site.
